About the Role:
This position is responsible for the processing of Customer Orders and resolving all Customer Order Enquiries.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process incoming Sales Orders for all Trade, Wholesaler and Distributor Customers
- Manage Customer Allocations as needed in conjunction with Sales
- Generate Delivery Orders for transmission to the 3PL for execution
- Manage ordering and delivery related customer inquiries
- Process Customer Returns and follow through to completion with 3PL
- Process Sample orders requested by the Head Office and Field teams
- Resolve Customer Pricing issues
- Liaise with IT to resolve SAP technical issues impacting order management
- Allocate Reason-coding for Non-Supplies in collaboration with other Supply Team Members
- Report on Weekly Customer Service Levels
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service / Orders role in FMCG and/or Pharma environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills (including written/verbal communication) in order to build effective relationships and processes with both the customer and internal colleagues.
- Level headed, able to manage and resolve issues under pressure.
- Thrives in a rapidly changing environment, able to champion change and motivate others to respond positively.
- Experience in SAP
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- High volume email management
