Job title: Retail Assistant (Baking Ingredients Supply Shop) Job Duties: • Understanding in-store product knowledge. • Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries for online orders accordingly. • Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines. • Pack products according to instructions given. • Assisting customers in locating desired shop items. • Informing customers of shop promotions and upsell products to encourage purchases. • Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints in a professional manner. • Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system. • Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor. • To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Working hour: Work on shift, 7.5 hours per day, 6 days per week Requirement: • Proven retail sales experience. • The ability to stand for extended periods. • The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software. • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills. • Effective communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Detail-oriented.

Our Touch n Go RFiD Fient Centres in Northern Region provide installation services to customers and assist in handling queries.
